I started following my father’s footsteps and learning about photography throughout life and on hand experience, as well as understanding the technical parts from college classrooms. Still, every new photo brings knowledge and pointers for improvement and correction, as I look back on my work. Learning how photography came to life and its development throughout history, and how hard work of film developing, brought me to closer to the understanding of true beauty and value of each moment. As well as its uniqueness, since each original can’t be copied, because the process of development is never the same.
As a psychology major, I learned and understood how our brains work, and how we see the beauty our world gives us. Understanding the function of our mind, gave me the path to unlock the better angle for capturing the elements of nature and its life. Each one of us has a different structure of the brain and the way their brain is wired, due to our uniqueness and the way we see the world. Even twins who are genetically the same, being influenced by the environment in different ways, allows them to unlock different skills and gather different information with their senses. That’s what makes us human, and thanks to how nature shaped us, we see the world differently, and each one of us sees different detail that’s presented in front of them.
My focus is on landscape and outdoor photography, as well as an interesting show of colors and shapes each image brings. From focusing on what’s in front of me to what’s above me, I look and capture the moment I find myself in and it’s uniqueness. The shape of the clouds, the way light shines the field, and the excitement that wildlife offers, gives the photo, even more, shine and beauty, due to its uniqueness to see and capture one exact moment of where my feet are and what my mind sees.
Each photo represents some unique part of the globe and the way I see it. Each one is unique in its own way, and represents something that each one of you will have to figure out. We all see different details and colorways that make every photograph unique, and our brain interprets it in a different way. So the caption and representation are yours (as a viewer) to unlock and write it down in your mind.
When words become unclear, I shall focus with photographs. When images become inadequate, I shall be content with silence.
